Responsibilities: Work as a team internally in planning marketing campaigns to maximize potential sales opportunities Foster strong relationships with clients to explore and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities across diverse business lines Understand marketing needs, in-person meetings, and networking to identify potential business accounts, present sales pitch materials, and complete the sales cycle Follow-up sales lead and achieve sales targets by approaching potential customers with enthusiasm and determination Meet with potential clients in a professional manner and engage with them to understand their needs, providing them with innovative solutions Provide professional mentorship and coaching to junior business development staff to help them develop and excel in their roles Coordinate with product and marketing departments to review, develop and link business opportunities Products include: Pension, Employee Benefits, Group medical for Corporate clients Requirements: Degree holder in related discipline, Holder of insurance and MPFA license is a plus At least 3-5+ years of relevant experience, less experience will also be considered as Assistant Manager Proven experience in corporate employee benefits (EB) account business development, with a strong track record of client engagement and growth.
Highly responsible and proactive, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities and a commitment to continuous learning and innovation.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision while also thriving as a collaborative team player in dynamic environments.
