This position is a Sales role that connects with ECP in Optical shops and ophthalmologist clinics. The individual will be responsible for selling the product, establishing account partnerships, and practice development in the assigned territory and/or accounts. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESManages Sales performance and product portfolio of assigned accounts. Sales performance includes Sell in, Sell out, Wearer recruitment, and transactions in MYAV. Responsible for working with assigned accounts and team within the organization, including direction, motivation, and development of sales growth plans, targets, and strategies, and the removal of obstacles to success. ECP Segmentation development and management. Delivers against Key Call objectives (mainly in outdoor works). Completes and fills the pre-call plan and post-call plan. Submits territory (including outlets level) and cycle plan reports that include qualitative and quantitative information on relevant customer and market issues. Builds strong partnerships with accounts to develop the ongoing business. Installs and provides follow-up of marketing and trade marketing support programs in selected accounts. Works closely with colleagues to develop a high-performance team. Willing to voice out and input your thoughts that logistically build from your territories and accounts level to Company level. Might be involved in cross-functional projects. Follows credo and HCC principles in day-to-day execution. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above is preferable. At least 1 year of sales experience is preferable. Willing to work outdoors, be proactive, a good team player, responsible & innovative with a strong commitment to drive good business results. Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese. Strong analytical and business planning skills. High integrity. Capacity to execute marketing plans. Capacity to manage budgets and expenses. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to diverse customer audiences. Strong capabilities to interface effectively with all customer types.
