Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Junior Leasing Officer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about property management, enjoys interacting with people, and is eager to grow their career in the real estate and hospitality industry. The Junior Leasing Officer will play a key role in managing leasing activities and ensuring a high level of satisfaction for our residents. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the leasing process for student and worker accommodations, including property viewings, negotiations, and lease agreements. Respond to inquiries from potential residents and provide detailed information about available accommodations. Conduct property inspections to ensure units are ready for occupancy and meet company standards. Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, resident information, and lease documentation. Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth move-ins and move-outs. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to maximize occupancy rates and achieve leasing targets. Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly. Support the planning and execution of marketing activities to promote available accommodations. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and improve leasing strategies. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Real Estate, Business, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, and property management software). Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
