Responsibilities Keep abreast of property market transactions and update stock information regularly Undertake analysis for property transactions and market intelligence Manage and maintain landlord and tenant database Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis Assist in preparing proposals, reports, presentations Prepare marketing materials including flyer, brochure, web listing Person Specification Degree holder in any discipline Experience in property industry At least 1 year’s of experience in research / marketing / managing and using databases Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Photoshop Good communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, well-organized and attentive to details
