Recruit and maintain key influencers through social monitoring system and networking. He/she also needs to interact and work smoothly with Hong Kong back office, as well as Mainland China Team (Sales and Marketing). In order to plan and deliver high quality results across different marketing campaigns. Act as an internal digital expert to drive content planning and management for Davidoff Global WeChat & Weibo Account, setting reasonable and achievable KPIs on annual basis Define content strategies and positioning for Douyin Account in collaboration with external agency Assist on content production and make sure the quality is in line with the global guidelinesMonitor campaign results and social media performance on regular basisRecruit and engage key influencers for mainland ChinaLead and drive Davidoff Academy global program roll out in mainland ChinaDeliver monthly marketing report with intelligence for management teamIdentify new digital trend and opportunities to increase brand awareness and engagementPlan, draft and release weekly articles on WeChat and Weibo accountReal-time interaction with our followers and fans for engagementPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS Required experience Bachelor degree and above, preferably in marketing and communicationMinimum 6 years' experience in mainland China’s digital and social media planning and operationPreferably from lifestyle / luxury / wine & spirit industry with in-house or agency backgroundIn market operation experience in mainland is a PLUS Technical skills / abilities / languages Excellent knowledge of MS OfficeFull professional proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese and English (spoken and written)  Other expectations Agility and resilienceCreative and strategic thinkerResult oriented and detail drivenWilling to travel for business in mainland ChinaWe offer excellent career opportunities, attractive remuneration and generous fringe benefits to the successful candidates.
