THE COMPANY : Trading handbag We provide one-stop full service of global sourcing & product development Main market : US & EUHeadquarters : Hong Kong Other offices : China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Bangladesh, Taiwan..etc Production base : China & SE Asia We are looking for MERCHANDISING MANAGER – with details as follows : THE JOB : Responsible for business growth and the direction and coordination of all merchandising activities for assigned product lines and customers from sourcing, product development, order execution through delivery to meet customer needs and achieve business objectives.10+ years proven senior supervisory experience on various handbags including 5 years hands on offshore sourcing. Experience in trading or agent for handbags. Experience in offshore production is a must. Good offshore vendor sourcing network. Good knowledge of product standard and testing requirements. Proven track record at developing mid-level and high-level contacts. Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese. Possess a strong sense of product interpretation from overseas briefs and online global market trends. Able to manage cost, quality and delivery expectations as well as develop a sound vendor matrix. Strong team management skills including oversee budgeting.
