Lane Crawford is an internationally renowned luxury department store with over 175 years of success, delivering an exceptional and eclectic product curation with dynamic Asian spirit and values. As our Online Product Uploader based in our in-house Digital Studio, you will be the guardian for all digital photography and video assets. You will ensure all products upload onto our Content Management System smoothly, whilst keeping track of daily activities within the site management teams, buying teams and our external vendors.
The Role
Aid in the product upload process, ensuring all necessary assets are prepared to go-live on lanecrawford.com
Create and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy and alignment with current products, pricing, and trading standards.
Work closely with the studio operations and trading teams to align online products with in-store offerings, and support buying teams with online activities and launches.
Track project timelines, organize outputs, and manage ad hoc duties while supporting other departments with project data and maintaining attention to detail.
Prepare and summarize weekly reports on upload progress for trading and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and detail.
Maintain and update master upload data for the season, ensuring alignment between online products and in-store offerings.
Complete ad-hoc reports and tasks as required, demonstrating strong attention to detail and proficient administration skills.
Build strong working relationships with the tech, site management, and buying teams to enhance communication and streamline processes.
Work with the tech team to resolve content and tool issues, providing timely updates to all relevant parties.
The Ideal Candidate
Degree holder in fashion, digital marketing, e-commerce or media production; Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
Keen eye on details, multitasker and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
Highly analytical and detailed oriented, also a good team player
Exceptional communication skills with a proactive attitude
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
