Our Marketing team in Hong Kong is growing and we are looking for our new Operational Marketing Specialist As our new Operational Marketing Specialist in Hong Kong, you will support the full range of our commercial and operational marketing activities.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team, clinic teams, and external partners, while reporting directly to our Marketing Manager.
You Will Mostly Work On Marketing Duties Coordinate and support marketing campaigns for clinics and in-house products Manage and update marketing materials and POSMs across various formats Build and maintain brand presence across digital and social channels Support the planning and execution of events and ad-hoc marketing initiatives Conduct analysis of market trends and campaign performance Administrative Duties Oversee daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth departmental operations Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners Manage inventory records and assist with stock control Prepare reports, invoices, and internal documentation while ensuring regulatory and policy compliance Support management with ad-hoc requests Skills and requirements This is a highly collaborative role, where you will be a part of the local team in Hong Kong, as well as the Central Marketing team.

What You Bring To This Role Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field1+ years of experience in marketing or administrative roles, preferably in beauty FMCG, pharmaceutical or medical industry (fresh graduates would also be considered)Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (spoken and written)Proficiency in MS Office and basic design tools (e.g.
