Lead the marketing of lifestyle brands with a focus on elevating and inspiring the expression of the brands’ values and experiences across diverse touchpoints and channels. Define physical and digital brand experiences by total customer journeys, store interior and menu design, brand communications and experiential marketing. Work with design team and oversee the design, production and execution of all brand and menu photography, printed and digital collaterals with consistent brand image. Identify and partner with brands that exemplify similar set of values and experiences within and across sectors. Perform market research to understand new concepts, market trends and evolving customer preferences and behaviors. Manage marketing budget and measure ROI for continuous improvement. Provide support to ad-hoc projects when required. Requirements: University in marketing, design or related disciplines. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in F&B, with proven achievements in brand concept creation and development. A food enthusiast who enjoys exploring concepts and connecting with people. Possess creative flair, aesthetic sense, and attention to details. Hands-on experience on multimedia design, photography and videography. Demonstrate effective influencing skills to drive cross-team collaboration and brand goals. Self-motivated, flexible, willing to challenge the status quo, and capable of handling multiple projects under a fast-paced environment. Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
