Responsibilities: Co-develop original program concept with external partners, ensuring alignment with the strategic direction and initiatives of the platform. Manage end-to-end commissioned program, from content concept ideation to broadcast, including but not limited to monitoring production schedule, liaising with sales team. Identify and recommend potential production partners, liaise with local / overseas production partners to create and develop program concepts. Work closely with internal parties such as Programming, Sales and Marketing to ensure smooth daily operations. What makes you succeed: Degree / Associate Degree holder in any disciplines. At least 1 year of relevant experience. Creative, innovative, self-motivated and able to work independently. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Strong interest in TV and media industry. Candidates with less experience or fresh graduates will be considered as Assistant Program Officer.
