Description

Responsibilities: Provide Meet & Greet service at reception; Provide clerical duties and general office administrative supports; Handle incoming calls, mailing and courier arrangement and meeting room booking schedule; Provide support in driving through projects; Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirement: Diploma or above in any discipline;10 years relevant working experience is preferable; Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility and hardworking; Independent, detail-minded and well-organized; Be able to work under pressure and meet deadline; Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Power Point and Chinese word processing; Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
