Key responsibilities Identifying and pursuing new business within the Life Sciences sector including Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, and Biotechnology companies. Building and maintaining relationships with key accounts. Driving search campaigns to secure high caliber candidates for clients. Sourcing, screening, and briefing candidates for appropriate positions. Taking responsibility for candidate care and keeping in regular contact with our candidates. Being an industry expert and providing recruitment and HR services consultation to both clients and candidates. Requirements: Degree holder of any discipline (Science degree will be a plus). Possess good communication and interpersonal skills and has the ability to interact with people of all levels. Outgoing, ambitious, self-motivated, energetic, team player who enjoys having fun. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Sales / telemarketing / customer service experience would be a plus. Candidates with previous Recruitment experience can be considered for senior positions.
