Job Description - Schneider Electric Hong Kong Trainee Program 2025 (0092 ZT)Schneider Electric Hong Kong Trainee Program (SEHK Trainee Program) is a two-year fast-track program which aims to recruit high-potential talents majoring in Engineering, Environmental Management or/and Business and to develop them into future leaders to take up critical positions within Hong Kong Operations. This program now exclusively offers the Commercial Track, providing trainees with the opportunity to choose a path that aligns with their passion. Program Features Job rotation with substantial training During the 2-year program, the Trainees will receive substantial training and acquire job-related skills and knowledge through rotations across various business & functions. Potential rotations in: Service Business Secure Power & Power System Digital Energy & Smart Solution Digital & Software Business Product Marketing Global / China Exposure Hong Kong President Office Exposure to Key Projects and Regional / Global Cooperation The Trainees will participate in key projects across core business units, having the opportunity to engage important clients and collaborate with regional teams in Greater China or global teams to broaden their professional network. Mentor Guidance and Support We match trainees with experienced mentors for providing structured guidance and support along the program to facilitate their development.
