Responsibilities: Responsible for all customer service activities in our distinctive properties Handling for general enquires and registration for external visitors Handle and follow up the complaints from households Qualifications: Form 5 graduation above academic qualification At least 2 years in customer services and supervisory level Holder of valid QAS certificate and Security Personnel Permit (SPP)Fluent in Cantonese, proficient in reading and writing in Chinese and English Familiar with basic computer skills and MS office applications
