Reporting to the Manager - Customer Data & Science, the appointee will be responsible for the following: Major Duties: Conduct business analysis and generate insights to support business strategy. Design and develop dashboards to identify business insights. Support the data analytics projects and develop the models for business performance review, marketing planning, customer experience improvement, product & service development, etc. Support data analytics relating to various digital and innovation initiatives. Support to the customer data model design and on-going administration. Support to promote data and customer-centric practice in the Business Group. Requirements: A recognized University Degree in Quantitative Analysis, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing Research, Information Technology or related discipline. Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in customer data analysis, data management, data visualization, building and implementing predictive models by various AI/machine learning techniques. Excellent skills in data manipulation using SQL and data visualization using BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI). Hands-on experience of Python, R or other statistical / data science language. Hands-on experiences in big data development, e.g. Spark. High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent communication, analytical and project management skills. Excellent Command in written and spoken English and Chinese.
