No.: 3/03/SCSE(CC)-CCM/HKTDCThe Hong Kong Trade Development Council (“HKTDC”), the statutory organisation promoting Hong Kong’s external trade, seeks a dynamic and high-caliber candidate to join our Corporate Communications & Marketing Department. Responsibilities: Handle customer service enquiries from various touchpoints, including calls, live chats, emails, and face-to-face interactions, ensuring high-quality service standards. Manage difficult or complaint calls professionally and provide immediate resolutions. Support the development of social media platforms and new technology for the call centre system. Participate in projects related to new process/service development, system enhancement, and UAT to improve operational efficiency and customer experience. Consolidate event information from project teams and upload it into the Call Centre Knowledge Database for team sharing. Requirements: At least 5 years of relevant experience in a Contact Centre environment. Customer-oriented, proactive, willing to learn, able to work independently, and a good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Effective customer handling and problem-solving skills. Proficient in written English and Chinese; good command of spoken English and Mandarin. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and other computer applications. Knowledge of AI technology and the Hong Kong business environment is preferred. Remuneration and Benefits: The successful candidate will be appointed on a fixed-term contract basis, renewable based on operational needs.
