Principal Consultant - Human Resources at Connected Group

Up to HK$ 80,000 per month plus bonus

Our client is a highly respected education institution and is currently looking for a seasoned Human Resources Manager and Senior Human Resources Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be mature, warm, and personable with exceptional interpersonal and writing skills.
Responsibilities

Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, staff relations, and salary review & budgeting
Provide practical and professional advice on HR policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures to school leaders and employees
Lead the HRIS implementation project, ensuring successful planning, execution, and enhancement
Conduct relevant analysis and prepare management reports to support data-driven decision-making
Take up additional HR-related projects as assigned by management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Business Administration or relevant disciplines
Minimum 5-10 years experience in relevant industry and supervisory experience
Strong organization, communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
HKALE - Grade C or above in Use of English and Grade D or above in Chinese Language and Culture/Chinese Language and Literature
HKCEE - Grade B or above in English Language (Syl B) and Grade B or above in Chinese Language
IELTS Overall Band 6.5 or above, and 6.5 or above in writing
