Negotiate agreements: Take charge of tenancy matters, including renewal negotiations and agreement preparation.
Build tenant relationships: Foster and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their inquiries efficiently.
Analyze market trends: Conduct thorough market analysis and prepare regular reports to inform strategic decisions.
Support team initiatives: Handle various ad-hoc assignments to contribute to the team's success.
Who are they looking for?Educational background: Degree holders in Property/Estate Management, Business Administration, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
