The Senior Corporate Communications Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining the organization's public image and reputation. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong international media relations, crisis management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with the organization's goals. Manage and nurture relationships with international media outlets to enhance the organization’s visibility and reputation. Lead crisis communication efforts, ensuring timely and effective responses to media inquiries during critical situations. Craft compelling press releases, speeches, and other communication materials in Chinese and English. Serve as a spokesperson for the organization, effectively addressing public and media inquiries. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms. Monitor media coverage and public sentiment, providing insights and recommendations for proactive communication strategies. Organize and oversee press conferences, media events, and other public engagements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate communications or public relations with 3 years in managerial positions. Proven track record in crisis management and effective media handling. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Proficient in communication tools and platforms, including social media.
