Responsibilities: Monitor and support the team to achieve pre-set service standards and company goals Handle and assess all types of insurance claims Ensure claims procedures comply with regulatory requirements, company policies, and claims guidelines Set up claims guidelines for new products and update claims manual from time to time Prepare claims management reports Work with auditors for claims audit Participate in system design/testing Handle claims-related enquiries and complaints Convey training to internal staff and agency Provide coaching and training to subordinates Participate in ad-hoc projects and assist supervisor with projects assigned Requirements: University graduates, with 10 years’ experience in claims in the life insurance industry, with supervisory experience for at least 2 years Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills Independent, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet challenges Good command of both written Chinese and English Location: Wanchai Salary: Negotiable For any queries, please call Ms. Wan at 23120060 or Apply Now
