Responsibilities Develop stakeholder engagement and communication strategies, organize media relations activities such as press conferences, media briefings, interviews, and roundtable discussions with key opinion leaders. Support senior management in thought leadership development and coordinate events and engagement activities. Manage brand reputation by identifying potential issues and opportunities, and handle crises proactively. Guide media relations efforts across faculties, departments, and offices. Stay informed on policies and developments in higher education and public affairs, providing updates to senior management. Build and maintain relationships with media outlets in Hong Kong, mainland China, and internationally. Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field. Proven expertise in public affairs, including public relations, issue management, and stakeholder engagement. Fluent in English and Chinese, with Putonghua skills considered a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with internal functions and stakeholders. Experience in creating and executing impactful communication strategies and campaigns.
