Track and analyze overseas market operations, conduct integrated capability assessments, and perform regular operational performance reviews. Independently prepare operational analysis materials (PPT/Word). Performance Evaluation & Improvement Evaluate, track, and forecast performance KPIs for overseas units, proposing improvement recommendations. Conduct root-cause analysis for key business gaps (e.g., regional revenue shortfalls, product underperformance) and recommend data-driven solutions. Data Visualization & Quality Assurance Maintain database and ensure the accuracy of data in database. Develop and maintain automated dashboards (e.g., Power BI/Tableau/Fine BI) for real-time business monitoring. Validate data quality and consistency in market reports, ensuring alignment with group standards. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related fields.5+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis roles (telecom/ICT industry preferred), candidates with less experience might be considered as Market Strategy Analyst. Logical thinking and attention to details. Good communication skills, business and data sense. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Technical proficiency in data process (SQL/Python), data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau/Fine BI), advanced Excel, ability to translate complex data into actionable insight.
