Our client is a world-renowned global brand with sizable operations in Hong Kong. They are seeking a top-notch marketing professional to join their expanding team. Responsibilities: Develop & update the marketing strategies - including local media & buying strategies and other marketing levers that are relevant to put the right pressure into these markets. Work closely with digital business and trade sales teams to visit the markets, local consumers, and industry players to pulse check & distill learnings which will be translated into consumer and trade insights and impact on communication planning and in-market campaign execution. Translate market strategy into micromarketing strategy to activate the growing & potential China markets. Develop annual/multiple-year marketing campaigns, lead business reviews, and measures of budget use & campaign effectiveness. Requirements: Bachelor Degree in marketing or related discipline, MBA preferred. At least 12 years of B2 C / FMCG marketing experience in sizable organizations; having worked/based in southern China will be an advantage. Strong communication skills and analytical mindset.
