Senior Officer - Licensing & Product Development (Consumer Healthcare)Client Description A well-established healthcare company from Korea. Job Description To research and analyze the latest market trends, identify market, customers and consumer needs for new product development and existing product improvement. To manage new and existing products and their related packaging to ensure guidelines are followed and regulatory requirements in different countries are met, and existing products and related materials are up-to-date in terms of regulatory and brand guideline. To negotiate business terms for new licenses and renewal of existing ones. To monitor all aspects of products to ensure that products are launched within required timeframe and achieve the assigned objectives. To coordinate, prepare and submit documents for license applications. Proficient in Intellectual Property Rights and work with Legal Team on legal, compliance and contract signing. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred. Minimum 4 years’ experience in Licensing, new Brand / Product Development is preferred. Out-going with strong communication and negotiation skills. Able to work independently and a good team player. Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Chinese. Korean is an advantage.
