Role Description
This full‑time Sales Manager role is based on‑site in Shandong and focuses on developing and maintaining business relationships with clients in the region. Responsibilities include identifying and targeting potential customers, managing the full sales cycle, meeting revenue targets, and providing market insights.
Qualifications
Strong sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and account management: for both PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and consumer goods (footwear, leathergoods).
Proficiency in Mandarin and English language. Additional language is an asset.
Experience or knowledge of the leather, textile, or footwear industries is an advantage.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently while effectively managing tasks and deadlines.
Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
Willingness to travel and adapt to dynamic business environment.
