(Sr.) Clinical Sales Representative – Medical Surgical
Our client, a global medical technology company, is actively seeking a dynamic, results-driven and passionate Clinical Sales to join the Hong Kong team and drive business growth.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
Develop and execute sales, marketing, and business development plans to meet sales targets, expand market share, and achieve business objectives within assigned territories.
Provide outstanding case support in the operating room, working closely with surgical teams to ensure optimal use and successful outcomes of the technology; flexibility to support cases as required.
Act as a clinical and technical expert by delivering persuasive product demonstrations and presentations that communicate clinical benefits and the product value proposition.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients as needed.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with KOLs, surgeons, existing and prospective clients, and leaders of specialty societies within assigned territories to generate new business opportunities.
Convert market and business intelligence into actionable strategies by using clinical and economic data to inform sales and marketing plans.
Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events to increase brand visibility and engage potential customers.
Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing strategic insights to the sales and marketing teams.
Identify and pursue business opportunities that support sustainable company growth.
Perform additional duties as required to support company objectives.
Travel frequently within Hong Kong and Macau.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
Bachelor’s degree in Science related disciplines
3+ years of sales experience in clinical support and sales within the medical device industry, preferably with exposure to high-value devices or surgical products.
Familiarity with the healthcare landscape in Hong Kong and Macau, along with strong KOL relationships with surgeons would be an advantage
Strong business acumen, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across cultures and cross-functional teams.
Objective-oriented, self-motivated, passionate, dynamic, and independent
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Proficient in MS office applications, i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
