The Hong Kong Support Center (HKSC) is the regional corporate hub for the 15 markets in the Asia Pacific region - Australia, Brunei, Cambodia, Hong Kong/Macau, India, Indonesia, Korea, Laos, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam. As Coffee Experiences & Engagement Manager, you will: Formulate and implement comprehensive coffee engagement projects and event planning that align with our business goals and strategies. Develop content, implementation, communication and sustainment plans for assigned projects and programs. Lead and influence cross-functional teams including the development of communications/engagement plan and partner with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution. Be responsible for project deliverables and work to ensure accuracy and accountability around roles and responsibilities. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve our coffee engagement programs and events. Collaborate and provide support and consultation to peers, manager and director whenever applicable. On Event Management: Act as the primary planning, communications and logistics contact for the coffee events, from conception to post-event completion, including development and communication of the master calendar. Lead agreement negotiations, manage budgets, analyze event performance, and provide appropriate recommendations to continuously improve execution and efficiency. Develop and maintain productive, collaborative relationships with all internal and external parties, and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effective event services. Provide on-site logistical direction for all event-related activities and support services before, during and after the assigned event. Communicate support requirements to the appropriate department manager, and supervise other support department staff for event coordination. We’d love to hear from people with: Minimum 8+ years experience in leading moderate-to-high complex projects or events in fast-paced environments. Solid experience in marketing and event management from end to end, including project scoping, scheduling, content management, communication planning and resource allocation. Agency experience is also welcome. Solid experience in managing vendors (including contract negotiations). Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence a wide array of stakeholders. Highly collaborative style – strong ability to organize and manage cross-functional teams and relationships, working with high level of professional maturity. Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and solutions-oriented. Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and demands. Strong team spirit and being agile at work. Ability to communicate in English clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Proficiency in MS Power Point, Excel and Word. Regional experience is a plus.
