Job Duties Assist the Store Manager in the daily retail sales administration duties Retail Sales administration duties and coordination between retail stores and office Compilation of daily, weekly and monthly, ad-hoc report to ensure timely submission to head office Compile and monitor retail reports Improve the FOH/BOH efficiency & Environment Provide support on retail audit Communication with Retail staff Provide support on staff uniform/packaging order and distribution Any other duties assigned by the management Job Requirements Diploma or above Minimum 6 years' relevant experience in retail Ability to analyze information, identify business priorities and problem solve Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment High energy and self-motivated Good leadership with ability to coach and motivate team Mature with excellent interpersonal skills Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
