Position: Desktop Support Engineer (18-25 K)
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for internal users on: Desktop Software, MS Windows, O365, Office, Outlook.
Support conference room AV equipment or video conference tools.
Communicate effectively with end users and other support parties.
Handle escalation and complaints under general End User Support cases.
Work independently.
Provide installation, maintenance, move, and change of deskside services to end users.
Troubleshoot IT-related issues and report to line manager or supervisor.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in end user support.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Fluency in Chinese, English, and Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential.
