If you are passionate and enthusiastic about the web3 industry, come and join our team!In this role, you will: Strategy Development and Execution: Develop and implement marketing strategies covering B2 C/B2 B business development, partnerships, marketing, and community engagement to ensure multi-dimensional brand growth. Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, the project’s ecosystem, and competitor insights; formulate targeted growth strategies and uncover potential growth opportunities through qualitative and quantitative data. Data-Driven Growth Strategies: Design and execute data-driven growth strategies to optimize user acquisition, retention, and engagement continuously. Project Management: Oversee growth projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery of materials, issue resolution, conflict coordination, and efficient cross-team communication. Industry Awareness: Stay updated on trends in cryptocurrency and the metaverse to adjust growth strategies accordingly. Team Leadership and Collaboration: Manage the operations team, oversee functional design, implement assessment mechanisms, and maintain close collaboration with R&D and marketing teams. You might thrive in this role if you have:5+ years of experience in De Fi, blockchain, consulting, market research, or project management. Proven work experience in the cryptocurrency sector. Proficient in at least one comprehensive Web2/Web3 user growth methodology and capable of designing and implementing growth strategies effectively. Experience in B2 C product operations, with preference for candidates who have led growth efforts for Vault (B2 C), De Fi, or Bridge products. Experience in driving growth for Memecoin projects is a plus. Proficient in database operations and using data to design and optimize growth strategies. Strong leadership and communication abilities, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced startup environment. Ability to excel in uncertain and rapidly changing environments and adjust strategies flexibly to tackle challenges. Apply for this job
