They are looking for a Marketing Executive to drive the marketing strategies and initiatives that promote the project and communicate the value proposition to target audiences. Job Description Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the project. Conduct market research to identify target markets, understand customer needs, and develop buyer personas. Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, influencer partnerships, and community engagement. Drive brand awareness and thought leadership in the web3 space through content creation, thought pieces, blog posts, and speaking engagements. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, leveraging data to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement. Stay up to date with the latest trends, developments, and best practices in web3 marketing and decentralized technologies. Support event marketing efforts, including industry conferences, meetups, and virtual events. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.2+ years of experience in crypto marketing roles with strong understanding of the web3 ecosystem. Experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner. Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
