Job Descriptions Responsible for providing a welcoming, efficient check-in & check-out for each guest. Recognise our return, long stay and WHO guests and provide them with a warm W welcome. Provide support to the Welcome Desk Agents and provide training when needed. Assign room according to guest request and preferences whenever possible to create WOW experiences for guests. Review, track and accommodate requests for room changes when possible and communicate status to appropriate staff. Job Requirements Experience - 2 years or above work experience in related positions. Education - Bachelor degree in hospitality or relevant discipline. Language skills - Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
