Main Market: US major retailers and international toy brands We are looking for Merchandiser - with details as follows : The Job : Client and Order Management: Follow up on orders and clients for assigned customers/brands. Product Development Collaboration: Work with the Product Development team as needed. Sales Administration: Follow up on incoming sales orders, quotations, and sales administrative documents. ERP Coordination: Coordinate, input, and manage sales/purchase orders in the centralized ERP system. Input detailed sales quotes into the ERP system. Sample Handling: Follow up on and manage samples and packing. Client Coordination: Coordinate with clients and the US headquarters. Minimum Requirements: Education: F.5 graduate. Diploma holder is a plus. Experience: 5+ years of experience in merchandising in toys or gifts & premium, or equivalent. Experience in handling major US/EU retailer accounts or international toy brands is highly preferred. Technical Skills: Computer literacy with ERP experience is preferred. Proficiency in PC skills including Excel. Language Skills: Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin. Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Personal Attributes: Fast learner with a positive working attitude. Travel Requirements: No or very few trips are required. Terms and Benefits: 5 days work; 13 months salary plus bonus, birthday leave, medical and dental insurance, group life insurance.
