Key Responsibilities
Process customer orders from confirmation to shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
Coordinate sample development and handling, including sample requests, approvals, and dispatch.
Liaise with customers on order status, delivery schedules, and general enquiries.
Coordinate with our factory in China on production arrangements, updates, and issue resolution.
Plan resources and schedules to support production timelines and delivery commitments.
Handle new enquiries and provide support to the sales/account team as needed.
Job Requirements
Form 7 / HKDSE or above.
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
Mandarin preferred (spoken).
Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Infrequent travel to China is required.
