They're going to have a new outlet opening, and currently looking for a Mixologist to lead the team. Responsibilities Leading a team in delivering unforgettable drink experiences to guests, for example providing personalized beverage recommendations. Menu development with uniqueness and timely rotation with seasonal ingredients. Plan and organize monthly beverage programs, including tasting workshops and themed nights. Conduct coaching and training to bar staff for quality assurance. Manage inventory levels, ordering, and ensure a well-stocked bar area. Requirements Hospitality Management or related disciplines are preferred.5 years or above relevant experience, with experience in fine dining or luxury hotels being an advantage. Excellent knowledge in mixology and maintain strong market sense. Proficiency in both written and spoken English. Customer service-oriented and innovative. Candidate with more experience will be considered as Head Mixologist.
