The Role We're seeking a Network Engineer to join the IS Network Services & Engineering group.
Based in Hong Kong or Singapore, this full-time position (Monday-Friday) provides Tier 3 support for LAN, WAN, and WLAN during Asia Pacific hours.
You'll play a critical role in maintaining high-efficiency network infrastructure across global data centers and offices, ensuring uptime and seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver day-to-day technical support for network infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, and managing maintenance, upgrades, and refreshes.
Configure and optimize LAN, WLAN, and WAN environments.
Monitor network performance, analyze data trends, and ensure compliance with SLAs.
Perform wireless surveys, analyze results, and implement remediations.
Manage user remote access via Palo Alto Prisma/Global Protect.
Support regional office build-outs, upgrades, and vendor coordination.
Participate in Change Control, Change Management, and documentation processes.
Assist with systems infrastructure deployment and other administrative tasks as needed.
Required Skills & Experience:2+ years of direct technical experience in networking.
Hands-on expertise with Cisco switching, routing, and SD-WAN platforms.
Experience with PRISMA Access, enterprise Wi Fi management/troubleshooting, and network monitoring platforms.
Knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF), firewall concepts, and packet capture analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other firm applications (after orientation).
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
Ability to work extended/weekend hours and travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls, Aruba Networks wireless infrastructure, or network automation tools.
Cisco, Palo Alto, or Aruba certification.
Fluency in Mandarin.
