Key Responsibilities Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems.
Provide onsite support at Airport Island and occasionally at other client subsidiary sites.
Ensure high availability and reliability of critical network systems.
Implement network changes, upgrades, and security patches in compliance with company and client standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve connectivity issues and optimize performance.
Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and operational procedures.
Participate in on-call rotation for network support and incident response.
Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in network administration or engineering.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, routing, and switching protocols.
Hands-on experience with Cisco network devices is a plus.
Familiarity with network security principles and firewall management.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
CCNA or equivalent certification preferred.
Candidates with less experience may be considered for the role of Assistant Network Support Engineer.
