Key Responsibilities:
Implement security devices, including UTM, IPS, and WAF.
Take ownership of total solution design and implementation.
Provide 2nd tier configuration and troubleshooting support.
Perform patch management activities.
Offer professional security advice to customers.
Present and articulate the value proposition to customers at all levels within the organization, both technical and business audience.
Drive new sales opportunities by proposing technical solutions, overseeing technology/product selection, scoping, and estimating resources required to deliver business value.
Handle ad hoc projects or tasks as assigned.
Be willing to work on‑site and outside normal working hours if necessary.
Requirements:
A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in information security.
Solid hands‑on experience in one of the listing market‑leading security products (Check Point, Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5) is a must.
Knowledge of networking, Linux/Unix, and security products (e.g., Firewall, R&S).
Hands‑on experience in large‑scale project implementation and support.
Preferably experience in security device implementation and troubleshooting.
Professional qualifications (CISA, CISSP, CEH, CCNP Security) are a plus.
Familiarity with industry standards, frameworks, and best practices such as ISO27001, PCI DSS, NIST.
Good analytical and interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure.
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
