Description

We are looking for high caliber individuals for the role of Office Administrator at our Hong Kong office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operational and administrative duties.
Your responsibilities include:
Manage daily operational procedures of the office, including general maintenance of office logistics, supplies, and inventories
Coordinate office events, such as happy hour and office get-togethers
Handle the set-up for new hires and work closely with HR staff to facilitate onboarding
Handle incoming and outgoing mails and packages, manage the office reception area and greet guests
Manage contract and price negotiations with vendors and service providers
Perform other administrative support duties as required
MUST HAVE
Fluent in English & Cantonese
1-3 years of experience in general office administration duties in a sizeable company
Detail-oriented, good problem solving skills and constructive communication skills
Able to work independently
Knowledge of general business software (MS Office) and enthusiasm to learn new applications
NICE TO HAVE
A bachelor's degree or equivalent
