Job Description This role will assist the Market Intelligence, Solutions, and Product Communications and Productivity Training teams in preparing product/service promotion and training materials. Provide support for agency workshops, product briefings, client seminars, including registration, enrollment, and logistics arrangements. Assist in posting new product information with promotional messages on social media platforms such as Sun Lifers, IG, etc., to enhance agency awareness and facilitate creation of promotional messages for agency channels. Responsible for designing posters and layouts for agency client seminars (Health, Wealth, ILAS, etc.) and managing all logistics, enrollments, and registrations, ensuring content approval from legal and compliance. Review sales tools for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) from the channels' perspective to ensure alignment with agency and broker expectations. Prepare communication memos on product updates, operational changes, and training. Qualifications Diploma or higher; majors in marketing, linguistics, or business preferred. At least 2 years of relevant marketing experience. Proficient in computer software such as Power Point, Excel, and Word. Excellent coordination skills to work across departments and vendors. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. Good interpersonal and team skills. Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). Ability to multitask effectively.
