Are you ready to join us now?Responsibilities Assist Manager to oversee the provision of day-to-day property management services for the assigned residential property. Ensure DMC and BMO are properly implemented; assure owner compliance with required rules and regulations. Assist to prepare the annual budget, review and analyze the variance regularly. Manage the performance of service contractors. Requirements University graduate in Property Management or related disciplines. At least 2 years of relevant experience in property management, preferably in residential properties. Proven track record of the management and delivery of large-scale improvement projects is essential. Hands-on PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (conversational Mandarin is a plus). Work independently and able to work under pressure.
