**Job Description**:
The Role:
The role will work closely with various parties to support a successful new product launch, develop robust trade marketing strategies, creating visual excitement in the store through visual merchandising and sales supporting materials.
Reports to:
Manager ? Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
Drive innovative and customer-centric marketing programs of new launches that engage consumers and meet brand objectives
Develop and implement retail marketing strategies and trade marketing campaigns
Develop and implement in-store visual merchandising plan and ensure flawless execution
Measure and monitor the performance of marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Develop and implement commercial, promotion plan and retail events to ensure alignment with brand direction
Plan and execute GWP and sampling; conduct budget and forecast
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent implementation of marketing initiatives
Job Requirements
University graduate in Marketing, Communication or related discipline;
1-2 years of marketing experience within the beauty/luxury industry is highly preferred
Highly motivated individual with strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
Result-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently as well as a good team player
Customer-centric and strive for excellence mindset
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
