We have a large scale of production facilities and advanced equipments to meet our production requirements from product design, prepress processing, offset and screen printing, die-cutting, embossing, hot-stamping and so on… ResponsibilitiesProviding the overall leadership including strategic plan, sales, budget plan, cost control, production plan, quality control, HR, warehouseFormulate, review and manage existing policies, guidelines and procedures to develop a high quality management team.Monitor business plans and budget; effective management of resource utilization/allocationTake timely and appropriate actions to enhance efficiency and productivity.Maintain cost effectiveness and identify ways for continuous improvement.Build a high performance culture with competent, flexible and committed workforce.Integrate various functions within the manufacturing operations to ensure smooth running of operationsOverseeing all the production issues within factoryStation in overseas locationRequirementsDegree holder in related management disciplinesMinimum 10 years solid working experience in manufacturing operation of factory with 5 years at managerial level in offshore countriesKnowledge in printing is preferableSelf-motivated and aggressive, Mature, high ethical manner, high responsibilitiesStrong strategic thinking and problem solvingGood interpersonal skills, self-motivated, Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure and independentlyProficiency in using MS office to create reports, knowledge in IT system applicationsGood communication skills and fluent in written and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and EnglishWe offer a competitive remuneration package to successful candidate.
