Responsibilities: Monitor relevant info submission by raw space exhibitors / contractors Monitor contractor’s compliance with the rules and regulations Handle collection and refund of site work deposit Data input using EBMSConsolidate requirements and issue contractor’s badge and vehicle pass On-site monitoring of outside raw space booth construction to ensure adherence to rules and regulations Other duties as assigned Requirements: Good job planning skills Good time management Good computer skills Good communication and negotiation skills, both spoken and written English and Chinese; conversational Putonghua preferred Previous experience in exhibition / event industry is preferred Willing to work long hours and on public holidays Possession of Construction Industry Safety Card issued by endorsed institutions of HKSAR is preferred Workplace located in Tseung Kwan O Logistics Centre Remuneration and Benefits: The successful candidate will be appointed on a fixed-term contract basis, renewable subject to operational needs.
