Your role Provide administrative support and handle administration tasks to inbound and outbound call teams Assist with basic manual procedures and data entry tasks Help compile customer request reports under supervisor guidance Maintain orderly records and documentation Learn and apply operational processes through on-the-job training Work with Team head to consolidate leave requests from different teams To succeed in this role Diploma or above1-2 year or above experience in operation support Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Previous experience in call centre or administrative support is a plus Good in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point)
