The Operations Manager is responsible for managing the operational matters of a division of Guarding Services.
Responsibilities
Lead the Operations Officers and Schedulers to achieve the operational management objectives of the division.
Deliver high quality of services to customers and handle complaints.
Deliver effective security solutions to satisfy customer needs.
Monitor manpower scheduling to ensure they are deployed in a cost‑effective manner.
Make operational decisions on manpower posting.
Manage all front‑line staff in the division and be responsible for all staff related matters.
Set up and execute a training plan for front‑line officers.
Proactively deploy staff retention strategies to the division.
Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies and procedures.
Requirements
Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English.
Proficiency in computer applications (e.g., Chrome, Office, MS Office).
Higher Diploma / Associate Degree holder or above, or any equivalent academic qualification.
Holder of a valid HK driving licence no.1.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Security / Disciplinary Force with at least 1 year in people‑management experience.
