Responsibilities
Instantly respond to customer enquiries and comments received in the contact centre via phone calls and onsite kiosks.
Support enquiries received by digital channels such as Live Chat, app and social media.
Liaise with subject departments in preparation of lines‑to‑take and replies.
Update the dedicated information handbook and database.
Categorise and prepare statistical analysis.
Support other customer service projects as needed.
Shift duties required (including overnight, weekends and public holidays).
