Position Description We’re looking for a Service Operations Performance Strategist to drive operational excellence and unlock revenue potential across Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines, and India. You’ll be the bridge between operations, finance, and regional teams — turning insights into strategic actions that improve profitability and service value. You’ll identify cost inefficiencies, and propose high-impact changes that go beyond spreadsheets. Think of yourself as a business partner with a financial lens, not just a number interpreter. Responsibilities Conduct deep‑drop analysis of service operation costs across SEA markets, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization. Partner with local teams to understand regional nuances in service operation, tax and custom compliance, and pricing strategy — translating operational data into actionable financial insights. Evaluate pricing models, service packages, and market characteristics to identify revenue enhancement opportunities. Build and maintain financial dashboards and metrics to track performance and support decision‑making. Act as a bridge between finance, operations, and service teams — translating complex data into clear, strategic recommendations. Stay ahead of regional tax and regulatory changes affecting service operations (e.g., indirect taxes, transfer pricing, local compliance). Drive continuous improvement through data‑driven storytelling and cross‑cultural collaboration. Requirements2–3 years of professional experience in service operations, business analysis, or financial operations — preferably supporting SEA markets. Strong analytical mindset with experience in cost analysis, financial modeling, and data interpretation (even if not formally in finance). Familiarity with accounting principles and tax environments in at least 2–3 SEA countries (e.g., GST/VAT in SG/MY/PH, VAT in TH, indirect tax compliance in IN). Self‑starter with a curious nature — comfortable learning new systems, tools, and regional regulations independently. Excellent communication skills, able to present insights clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Thrives in diverse, fast‑paced environments — culturally sensitive and team‑oriented.
