Our client is a well-known Investment Bank - looking for an experienced Operational Risk Analyst with PB exposure.
Job Description
Support the management of operational risks in line with the Firm's risk framework, including reporting and identifying key risks
Coordinate and support the annual Risk and Control Self‑Assessment (RCSA) process
Manage the outsourcing program, including maintaining records, certifications, and risk reporting
Track and monitor incidents and issues, including collecting information and following up on action items
Perform risk and control reviews to help strengthen processes and reduce risks
Assist with business continuity and crisis management planning in line with HKMA requirements
Work with Legal, Compliance, Operations, IT, and other teams to identify and address business risks
Support process improvement initiatives to reduce risk and improve efficiency
Prepare risk reports, trend analysis, and escalation materials for senior management
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor degree
Minimum 3 years' experience in banking, risk management, or a control-related role with Private Banking exposure is preferred
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Experience in a risk or control function is an advantage
