Job Responsibilities: Handle end to end recruitment process for front-line and positions from posting job advertisements, screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, offer proposals, on / off boarding process Manage several recruitment channels and keep sourcing new platforms Handle monthly payroll processing and communicate with supplier Explore different recruiting strategies to find the best ways of sourcing talent for front-line and back office positions Responsible to visit NGO for any ad hoc recruitment project Support on any ad hoc projects as assigned by Supervisor Qualification & Requirement: Degree Holder in Business Administration, HRM or other related disciplines Minimum 2 years of working experience in office administration/ operation support Result-oriented and detail-oriented Strong communication and interpersonal skill to liaise with internal and external parties Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point is preferred Adaptive to fast changing environment Immediate available is highly preferred Job Offer: At least 12 days leave (included Annual Leave and Birthday Leave)Open, friendly, and comfortable working environment Competitive Package Stable and sensible working hours Medical insurance
